How to Book
Key collection from 11 am on the day of the event. Key return by 11 am the morning after for evening parties; by 9 pm on the day for afternoon parties. Keys to be returned to the black post box on the right-hand pillar of The Hollies gate. Hall must be cleared up and left as found. Failure to do so may incur an extra cleaning charge of £10/hour. No alcohol to be sold without a license; a copy of the license must be provided to the Village Hall Committee before the event. Payment preference: Bank transfer to Chaddleworth Village Hall (Metro, sort code 23-05-80, account number 44571829).
