Is it really free?

Yes. We don't charge venues to be listed, and we don't take a cut of any bookings. HallMatch is free to use — now and always.

What if my venue isn't listed yet?

No problem! Sign in and use the 'Add a new venue' option from your dashboard. Fill in the basic details and we'll review and publish it within 1–2 business days.

How do I edit my existing listing?

To edit your venue, you first need to claim it. Find your venue in the directory, click 'Claim listing', and fill in the short form. Once we've verified your connection (usually 1–2 business days), you'll receive an email with a link to your dashboard where you can edit everything.

How long does claiming take?

The claim form takes a couple of minutes to fill in. We review claims within 1–2 business days and notify you by email once approved.

Can I manage multiple venues?

Yes. Once you're set up, you can claim and manage as many venues as you need from a single account.

What information can I update?

Everything — your venue description, photos, room details and capacities, pricing, facilities, accessibility information, contact details, and booking information.

Who sees my contact details?

You choose what's public. Your email, phone number, and website are only shown to hirers if you mark them as visible.
