How to Book
Read the Hall's Mission Statement. Check the online calendar for availability. Use the enquiry form on the 'Book our Hall' page to submit a request, ensuring all fields are completed. Alternatively, email [email protected] for questions before submitting a booking request. Responses are aimed within two working days (check spam/junk folders). Once discussed, confirmed, and any deposits paid, the booking will appear on the calendar. Fee will NOT be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the event taking place. For block bookings of 6 or more, or bookings extending past hall hiring hours (e.g., full weekends), advise on the booking form for direct liaison with the Management Committee.
