CrossFit Ickenham

We have two spaces available for hire with on-site parking in the heart of Ickenham / West Ruislip to fitness and health professionals. Both are fully maintained and contain a range of equipment. Ideal for personal coaching, fitness classes, yoga, pilates, bootcamps, etc.. The main gym is 200sqm, fully finished with high quality impact flooring for free-weight and olympic weightlifting use. There is also a full range of functional equipment. The studio is 48sqm and finished with high quality gym flooring. There is an additional outside training area with rig and squat racks. We do not believe that a gym is about the latest gadgets or fitness fads. We believe it is about providing exactly the right high quality equipment and level of finish to ensure the best exercise environment possible. Gym Hire: £45.00 per hour. Studio Hire: £25.00 per hour.
