About
Hordle WI Hall is available only for groups/organisations for regular weekly hire. It is not available for single let events (e.g., parties) due to volunteer shortages. Hirers must be over 18 years of age. The entire building is a non-smoking area (including vaping), and smoke machines are forbidden. Fire exits must be kept clear; fire procedures on notice board and exit doors must be followed. Hirers are responsible for health and safety, proper supervision, and their own insurance/public liability cover. All electrical appliances brought in must be safe and in good working order (PAT recommended). No interference with pre-set heating controls. The hall must be swept and left in a clean and tidy condition; all rubbish must be removed by the hirer. Furniture to be returned to original positions, chairs stacked no more than five high, blinds lowered, kitchen fire door closed. Regular hirers may be permitted to hold a key, subject to conditions.

How to Book
Check the Hall Hiring schedule 2026 for availability. Contact [email protected] to make a regular booking. Booking times must include time for preparation and clearing up. First four weeks' sessions must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Thereafter, invoiced monthly, with payment due within 14 days by BACS to 'Hordle WI'. Unless 14 days' notice is given prior to the booking date, 50% of the hire fee will be liable.
