How to Book

Hirer must be over 21 years of age. Hirer is responsible for behaviour, conduct, and activities of attendees. Hirers should carry out their own Risk Assessment and consider insurance. Hall is not licensed for alcohol sales; hirer responsible for obtaining any special license. Hirer responsible for ensuring no one under 18 consumes alcohol, unruly individuals are removed, licensing laws are complied with, and no damage to local residents/property if alcohol is present. Hall and surroundings must be left clean, equipment put away, rubbish disposed of, and appliances switched off. Key must be returned to Bookings Secretary. Additional cleaning charges apply if hall condition is not acceptable. Hirer charged for any damage to property or loss of contents. £1 and £2 coins are needed for the electricity meter.
