How to Book
For single daytime events, an online booking system is available to check availability, book, and pay. For regular bookings and evening events, contact via email ([email protected]) to discuss requirements and receive a booking form. Discounts are applicable to charities, community support groups, and residents living within 1 mile of St. Luke's Church. Cancellation charges apply: no charge over one calendar month, 25% for one month or less, 50% for two weeks or less, and 100% for one week or less. A £25 surcharge applies if hirers exceed pre-booked time by more than 15 minutes.
