How to Book
Bookings are made online via the Hallmaster booking system. A full user guide with step-by-step instructions is available on the website. Email is for enquiries relating to existing bookings or other non-booking related queries only; bookings cannot be made via email. A minimum three-hour charge applies to all bookings. Bookings are accepted for the current and next calendar year only. Hirers are responsible for alternative room layouts and their consequences. Users are asked to leave rooms tidy and clean, with basic cleaning materials provided. Personal items left at the hall cannot be looked after. Room furniture in West and South Rooms should be replaced as per guide photos. Main Hall chairs must be stacked on the trolley in the Chair Store. Unauthorised storage is not permitted. Do not place 'wet-wipe' or similar items down WCs. Access for 'Casual' Hirers is via a 4-digit keypad code provided before the event date. 'Regular' Hirers use a 4-digit keypad code or a key fob (charge for replacements).
