How to Book

Easy booking via email. Bookings must be confirmed by a completed booking form and full payment at least seven days before the event. Entry is by a combination keysafe system; the access code is provided upon payment. Payment can be made by Cheque (payable to 'Wick Village Hall', sent to the Treasurer at Naishcombe Cottage, Rock Road, Wick, Bristol, BS30 5TW) or Direct bank transfer (Barclays, Wick Village Hall, Account: 80702757, Sort Code: 20-13-67; quote name and event date as reference). If alcoholic drinks are to be sold and consumed, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) Licence is required from South Gloucestershire Council. An application should be made to the committee in the first instance, who reserve the right to refuse permission.
