Frequently asked

How many halls will you contact?: Up to eight, hand-matched against your brief by area, capacity, event type and known responsiveness. If we can't find at least three good fits, we won't send the run — we'll refund instead.
What if no halls reply?: Most do, but some don't. We'll show you who replied and who didn't on your status page, and send you a summary at +24 hours. You're paying for the outreach, not the responses — and we won't pretend otherwise.
How is this different from emailing halls myself?: We do the typing, the personalisation, the matching, and the chasing. You'd spend an hour; we take 90 seconds of your input.
Will halls know it's a service, not me?: Yes. Emails go out as 'Your Name via HallMatch' — we don't impersonate you. Halls reply to your normal inbox.
What if I want a specific hall included?: Pop the name into the requirements box and we'll make sure it's on the list.
What areas do you cover?: Anywhere in the UK where we have enough matching halls listed. Our directory has the deepest coverage in Cornwall and Devon today and is expanding nationally — if we can't find a strong shortlist for your brief, we won't run it and you won't be charged.
Refunds?: If we don't send your enquiries within an hour, we refund automatically. £9.99 flat, no card retained, no subscription.
