A completed booking form with a handwritten signature, photo ID, and proof of address (within the last 3 months) must be provided within 5 working days for confirmation. An invoice for immediate full payment will be issued once documents are received. Hirers are covered by public liability insurance, but third-party providers (e.g., bouncy castle, DJ) require their own public liability insurance.
