St Leonard's Parish Hall is available for hire, with a minimum hire period of 4 hours. Hirers are responsible for ensuring the premises are used only for the purposes set out in the application, equipment is returned to its original position, heaters are switched off, windows shut, and the hall is left clean. Hirers must provide their own bin bags and take all rubbish away as there is no rubbish collection service. Cleaning materials (brooms etc.) are available in a cupboard in the main hall. No political bookings (except for Polling Station use) and no subletting are permitted.

How to Book
Applications must be made in writing and signed by a responsible person. Full payment required at time of booking. No refunds within 28 days of the event. Regular bookings can be paid quarterly or monthly by arrangement. An administrative charge of £10 applies for returned unpaid cheques. Arrangements for key collection and return are made with the Booking Secretary. Keys are normally collected from the Church Office (open 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday) and returned via the hall letterbox.
