How to Book
Contact the Bookings Secretary to check availability and obtain the booking form, hire charges, and terms and conditions. Upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit/fee, the hirer will be given a key safe code. The key safe is mounted on the wall behind the hall (through a small gate on the right-hand side). Hirers are responsible for cleaning the hall before and after use, following instructions available in the Hall. Cleaning materials are provided. All rubbish must be removed at the end of the session. Hirers have access to the hall for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the booking period for cleaning. Specific hire charges and full terms and conditions of hire are available via a link on The Stours Grouped Parish Council website. Please contact the Bookings Secretary for current details.
