How to Book
To book, read all documents on the booking site including Hire Charges and Terms and Conditions. Check availability on the Calendar page. Click 'New Booking' on the desired date and fill in the form. Once approved, an invoice will be issued via email, payable within 7 days to secure the booking. For large one-off events, a special deposit of £125 will be included in the invoice. For multiple bookings, book the first date, then use the 'copy event' button to select subsequent dates. Regular multiple bookers do not require a deposit and are invoiced monthly. Payment methods: Bank Transfer, Cheque. Cancellation policy for large one-off events: More than 28 days notice - Refund of hire charge less a £10.00 administration fee. Within 28 days notice - Cancellation fee of up to £50.00, depending on the original hire charge. Not available for hire before Noon on Sundays. Bookings can currently be made up to the end of 2027. Hirers must read and agree to the Parish Safeguarding Policy and standard/special conditions of hire when using the online booking system. Special conditions apply for events with regulated entertainment or alcohol sales.
