How to Book
Pricing effective from September 1, 2025. Bookings are charged per 15 minutes with a minimum hire period of 1 hour. Setup and clearing time must be included as part of the booking. All bookings are subject to Conditions of Hire. A maximum rental charge of £82 for local clubs/charities and £97 for others applies for a single booking (e.g., use of all rooms for the day), with kitchen charges payable in addition. Booking hours are 09:00 to 23:30 Monday to Saturday, including a 30-minute buffer for setup/clearing free of charge. For Sunday bookings, use the Booking Query contact form to ascertain availability. One-off bookings are invoiced immediately upon review, with full payment required before confirmation. Ongoing bookings are invoiced monthly for all sessions. The Trustees of the centre have the final say on whether any requested booking can go ahead. The centre is open to negotiating rates for charity/voluntary sector activities that provide a service to the local community not provided elsewhere, particularly for young people and those lonely/isolated.
