    It is almost certainly here already. We built a page for it from what is publicly known.

  2. Tell us who you are

    We confirm it — by a code to the hall's own address, or by hand if you can't get at that address.

  3. The page is yours

    Edit the listing and answer enquiries from your inbox. Start the free diary if and when you want it.

Before you claim

Is it really free?

Yes. No listing fee, no commission on bookings, and no card. If we ever charge, it will be for invoicing or online payments — neither of which exists yet, and you would have to choose them. Nothing you have now would move behind a price.

How long does claiming take?

The form takes a couple of minutes. We confirm it — by a code to the hall's own address, or by hand if you can't get at that address. Then the page is yours, with nothing to install and nothing to pay.

We already use booking software. Do we have to leave it?

No, and we never touch your account there. Claim the listing and enquiries reach your inbox; keep your bookings where they are.

What if our hall isn’t listed?

Add it. Go to Add your hall, give us its name, the kind of place it is, the postcode and your email, and it’s yours as a draft straight away — we review and publish within 1–2 business days, and it then works exactly like every other hall here.
