Custom cancellation terms: Full refund for cancellations over 2 weeks in advance. Bookings made within 2 weeks have a 48-hour grace period for a full refund. All other cancellations receive no refund. House Rules: Do not arrive before booked time. Wait at front entrance for staff member. Staff member remains on site during booking. No smoking. No vaping. Alcohol must be approved by venue. Dispose of rubbish on site (ask staff for bags). Leave promptly after event. Leave the space as found. All redecoration needs landlord approval. Strict timings for rubbish collection/props arrival and removal. Check-in from 7am to 11pm on first day of tenancy.
