How to Book
Booking can be made via Sharesy or by contacting Poplar HARCA directly. An additional fee of £25 per hour applies for out-of-hours workers after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. A £200 refundable deposit is required to secure the space, separate from hire fees. Public liability insurance is required for outside vendors. Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before the start time and leave the space as found. No loud music or entertainment past 22:00. No helium balloons or items to be stuck to walls. Rubbish bags are not provided, and rubbish must be taken away.
