How to Book
When you make a provisional booking, it will be held for seven days. If you wish to proceed with the hire of the hall please sign and return this agreement together with your deposit. A deposit of 25% of the total hire charge must be paid to the Booking Secretary at the time of booking, The balance along with the damage deposit MUST be paid not less than 8 weeks prior to the event.
