How to Book

To enquire about availability, contact the Booking Secretary by email or phone. Booking forms are available on the Albourne Parish Council website. Bookings are secured once payment has been received and cleared. Hire fees and a deposit are payable at the time of booking or at least six weeks in advance. Hirers are responsible for the security of the building and contents. Costs for extra cleaning, damage, or failure to return the hall to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit. Hirers providing intoxicating liquors for sale must obtain any necessary TENS licence and provide a copy to the booking secretary at least two weeks prior to hire, as the Village Hall's premises licence is not available to hirers for this purpose. Cancellations within four weeks of the hire date may incur up to 50% of the fee. The Hall is an emergency evacuation point for several parish facilities, and hirers may need to evacuate at short notice in severe emergencies. Hirers working with children or vulnerable adults must have an appropriate safeguarding policy.
