How to Book

To book, check availability of rooms and halls. Submit a booking request to the Facilities and Operations Manager with: day, date, time, required room, full name, address, telephone number(s), and email. For occasional bookings, include 30 minutes to an hour for setup and 30 minutes to an hour for cleardown, in addition to the event time. Normal closing time is 10:00 PM, all cleaning up must be completed by then. Permitted uses include Receptions, Parties, Fitness groups, Dance classes, Social and sports clubs, Children's parties. Hirers must not arrive before booked time and must leave by the end of the booked period. Premises must be left in the same condition as found. Consideration for neighbours and other users is required. All Hallows may refuse a booking without giving a reason, especially if use may cause damage or nuisance, or is incongruous with its primary function as a parish church. Prior consent is necessary for hiring to other religious groups for religious activities. All rubbish must be removed from the site; a £5 charge per bag will be deducted from the deposit for any bags left.
