How to Book
All requests require approval. Enquiries and appointments can be made via the contact page. Viewing is by appointment only with the booking secretaries on Tuesday 6-7pm or Friday 10-11am. A booking is secured by completion, in person, of a signed booking form and payment of a refundable security deposit. Hire charges must be paid in full in advance of the booking. Keys for one-off group hirers are collected on the Tuesday (6:00 PM – 7:00 PM) immediately before the event and returned the Tuesday following the event. The duration of your booking must include sufficient time for setting up before your event and clearing away afterwards. One source states they are unable to host children's or adult's parties, but a specific price for a 4-hour children's party slot is available with the restriction of 'No bouncy castles permitted'. No paid bar is possible as the venue does not have the necessary license for alcohol to be sold. All rubbish must be removed by the hirer at the end of the event. The premises must be left clean and tidy at the end of the session.
