How to Book
To enquire about hall hire, contact the Events Manager, Zorah Baig, via email or telephone. The Events Manager will discuss availability and arrange a viewing. A booking form and terms and conditions (including safeguarding policy) will be sent for completion. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and deposit payment. The PCC (Parochial Church Council) reserves the right to decline unsuitable bookings. References may be required. Hirers are responsible for ensuring doors are secured, lights are off, and personal belongings are not left behind. Nappies must be taken home and not placed in bins. Children under 16 must not be left unsupervised in the kitchen. Tables and chairs must be returned to the storeroom. Drunken behaviour, smoking, and illicit drug use are not permitted. Organisations must supply a copy of their health and safety policy. Children's parties are available on Saturdays only from 2pm onwards (no Sunday slots). A member of the bookings team will be onsite for access.
