All Saints' Parish Hall is available for hire every day (excluding Good Friday) between 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM. It is suitable for charity events, fundraisers, regular group activities, fitness classes, business meetings, and use by larger community groups. One-off or group hire, including businesses, is welcome. Parties are not permitted. The venue offers a spacious Main Hall with a full-sized stage and an Upper Room, both with kitchen facilities. General facilities include a secure accessible entrance, accessible toilet, and baby changing facilities. Parking is available nearby.

How to Book

Enquiries via contact page for availability and appointments. Viewing by appointment ONLY with booking secretaries (Tuesday 6-7 PM or Friday 10-11 AM). Secure booking by completing in person a signed booking form and payment of a refundable security deposit (no provisional bookings). Security deposit returned in part if cancelled. Full refund if hall left clean and undamaged after hire. Charges are per hour, duration must include setup and clearing away time. For one-off group hirers: keys collected Tuesday 6-7 PM immediately before event, returned Tuesday following event. Covered in the Hire Agreement. Hirers must remove all rubbish at the end of the event. Setup and tidying up must be completed within the agreed hire period. Assistance dogs welcome, no other animals permitted. No paid bar (no license for alcohol sales, but consumption is not objected to). Regular hirers receive a discount on casual rate. Regular hirers must have their own Public Liability Insurance and provide their own Safeguarding Policy for Children and Vulnerable Adults. May be able to store small amounts of equipment at their own risk (subject to space).
