How to Book
Contact by email, phone, or via website for available dates and further information. Viewing by appointment ONLY with booking secretaries on Tuesday 6-7pm or Friday 10-11am. A booking is secured by completion, in person, of a signed booking form and payment of a refundable security deposit. Security deposit returned in part if booking is cancelled. Setup and tidy-up time must be completed within the agreed period of hire. Alcohol can be consumed, but a paid bar is not possible as they do not have the necessary license for alcohol to be sold. Assistance dogs are welcome, but no other animals are permitted. All rubbish must be removed by the hirer at the end of the event. Lower rates may be offered for day or evening hiring for regular bookings. A discount may be offered for session times in excess of 5 hours on Saturdays. Use of bar outside normal opening hours is £60.00.
