How to Book

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when submitting the application form. A £150 refundable bond is needed at booking to cover damages or excessive cleanup, repayable within 7 days post-event. Hall hire must be booked by a member, unless complimentary for deceased members (funerals). A complete list of all guests attending is required 7 days in advance of the function date; only those on the guest list will be permitted entry, with guests under 18 listed separately. All invited guests shall comply with the Club dress code, which is smart casual. Only food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) provided by the Ambassador Club may be consumed, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Club Secretary or Bar Steward. No alcoholic beverages are to be supplied to or consumed by guests under 18. Persons under 18 shall not stand at or make purchases from the Bar. The hirer or authorized representatives must remain on Club premises until all invited guests have left. The hirer must make themselves known to the Bar Steward and Duty Committee Member. The hall must be left in the condition it was prior to hire; the hirer is required to clean any debris. No aerosol string, confetti, or similar is to be used. If cancelled by the hirer, all monies paid are refunded except for the 25% non-refundable deposit. If cancelled by the Ambassador Club, all monies will be refunded. Membership cost is additional to hire charges.
