About
Elegant Grade I listed Regency townhouse on Brighton and Hove seafront, opposite the Angel Peace Statue, between Brighton Bandstand and Hove Lawns. Built in the 1820s (1825), restored in 2010. Still a private residence, it opens for occasional cultural events and is available for private hire. The lower ground floor is on a separate lease and arranged as four flats.
