How to book
To make a booking, or to enquire about availability, contact Stefanie on her phone 07790 936782 or by email at booking@arborfieldvillagehall.org.uk. To get help with setting up for your event or class, or if you need to report a problem, contact Paul on 07946 375850 or email premises@arborfieldvillagehall.org.uk. To make a payment or to claim back a refund please contact Stefanie at treasurer@arborfieldvillagehall.org. To book the hall you will need to have completed a booking form. There are two versions of the form: Regular Hire (for regular slots, usually weekly) and Occasional Hire (for one-off events such as a birthday party). Forms can be downloaded in Word or PDF format, filled in electronically and emailed, or printed and posted/left in the AVH post box. The hall is working hard to keep "Covid Secure"; guidelines and a risk assessment are available. Please note: Because the hall is located in a residential area, bookings for parties where loud music is to be played or the event goes on beyond 10:00 pm are not accepted.
