How to Book
Bookings must be made and paid for in advance. Booking deadline is by 9am Wednesday for the week ahead. Key code is changed every Wednesday morning and emailed to those who have booked and paid. Setup and takedown time must be included in the booked time. Cancellation policy: Full payment for cancellations within 24 hours. Non-returnable deposit of 50% for cancellations within 48 hours or for weekend/full day bookings. 25% administration fee on all cancelled bookings. Regular user groups are expected to do their own housekeeping. For new bookers, text or call Gini first on 07957454842 to discuss spaces and receive the door code after booking and payment. Payment methods: PayPal account (online), other methods by emailing [email protected].
