About
The Ashenground Community Centre was built to replace a dilapidated Church Hall. It is a Charitable Trust Limited by Guarantee and is managed by a Centre Manager and a Management Committee. It opened in October 2007 and hosts a wide range of regular groups and events, including health & wellbeing classes, family and children’s activities, arts, crafts and creative groups, social clubs, community meetings, music and performance rehearsals. Its halls and rooms are available to hire seven days a week for parties, celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, classes, workshops, business meetings, and community events. All income is reinvested into maintaining and improving the centre.
