How to Book
Deposit of £50.00 required for Half Day hire or more to secure booking. Cancellation less than 7 days before function may incur payment of hire charges and/or deposit retention if no replacement booking is found. The venue reserves the right to cancel bookings for repairs/decoration with at least 3 weeks' notice. Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt. Hirer is liable for breakages, damage, or additional hours. Hirer must appoint sufficient competent people (18+) for supervision throughout the hire period. No smoking allowed in buildings or main hall entrance porch. Any third-party services used must have adequate public liability insurance.
