Booking & practical info
How to book
Hirer must be the signatory on the booking form and over 18 years of age. Full payment and a £50 refundable deposit required with booking form for occasional hirers. Regular hirers are invoiced monthly in advance, with payment due within 28 days. Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Occasional hirers: No refund for cancellations. Regular hirers: Cancellation must be notified to the Clerk prior to the event, otherwise the booking will be charged for. Keys must be returned to the Clerk within 24 hours after cessation of hiring. The Council reserves the right to refuse the hire of the premises to any person or organisation.
