How to Book

Enquiries and bookings must be made via the 'Book Now' link on the Bathford Parish Council website, which leads to the Hallmaster online booking system. Bookings can only be made by persons 18 years and over. Provisional bookings are held for 7 days. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a completed and signed Hire Agreement and a £100 deposit for one-off bookings. Hirers are required to give at least two months (eight weeks) notice to the Council to cancel any booking, otherwise they will be required to pay 50% of the total charge for the hire. Any overrun more than 30 minutes will be charged per 15 minutes at the whole hourly rate and deducted from the deposit. Hirers running classes are responsible for public liability insurance (minimum £2m) and must provide proof to the Clerk prior to hire. The sale of alcohol requires a special events license and a nominated Responsible Person (at least 18 years of age) to be present. Hirers will be held responsible for any damage, breakages or theft. Except with prior written approval, no animals or birds are permitted, with the exception of guide/helper dogs. No bouncy castles or similar equipment are permitted. No offensive or dangerous weapons are allowed. No smoking is permitted in any part of the premises. All refuse must be removed and disposed of away from the premises immediately after the hire.
