How to Book
If you require a full weekend hire our regular users (Yoga etc) are flexible so please contact the bookings secretary who should be able to help you. All hire charges are agreed at the discretion of the Booking Clerk. POA = Price On Application. Charges include heating, electricity and full use of facilities such as tables, cutlery, dishwasher etc. Priority of kitchen use goes to the hirer of the main hall. The hourly hire charge is based on the time the facilities are actually in use. Please include preparation and cleaning times when calculating the number of hours hire required. BCVH management reserve the right to charge a refundable deposit on any large catered events and any event where alcohol is to be consumed.
