Beech Village Hall, just outside Alton in Hampshire, is a large, modern, flexible space with seating for up to 120 guests in a quiet and beautiful setting with a private car park and village green. It is a popular venue for wedding parties and other family celebrations, and plays host to a number of health and wellbeing activities with a wide range of clubs, classes, and regular village social events. The hall is wheelchair-user-friendly and aims to be fully accessible. It offers three versatile spaces: the Main Hall, Lounge/Meeting room, and the Annexe Meeting Room, plus a newly refurbished wellbeing space called The Wellhouse (available from Jan 2026).

How to Book
You can check availability and make a booking request via the online calendar. A minimum booking slot of 3 hours is required, including set-up and tidy-up time. The hirer must be over 21 and in attendance throughout the booking. A Security Deposit may be required for evening events. Beech residents who are Members of the Charity are entitled to Member rates. Payment accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. The residual hire charge is due 30 days before the event. Cancellation fees apply for cancellations within 30 days.
