How to Book
Provisional bookings are held for a maximum of 14 days. The full hire fee is required after 14 days to confirm a provisional booking. Confirmation of booking will be made in writing by the Village Hall booking secretary. Hirers must arrange for the hall to be opened by contacting one of the Hall's volunteers at least 10 days before the event. The hired period must include time for setting up and clearing up for your event. Hirers are responsible for the orderly conduct of the event and for ensuring adequate adult supervision for events involving young people. Hirer is responsible for setting out and putting away furniture. Hirer is responsible for leaving the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition. Notices or decorations must not be fixed to inside walls or doors with pins, nails, self-adhesive tape, Blu-Tac, or any fixatives that may leave marks or remove paintwork.
