About
Bollescroft is a bright, attractive, medium sized venue, centrally located off the A1170 High Street, just 300 yards south of Hoddesdon town centre, off the Spotlight car park. It is owned by Broxbourne Council but leased by Broxbourne Theatre Company (BTC), an amateur musical theatre society, and used as its rehearsal hall and headquarters. It can be booked 7 days a week until 11pm when not in use by BTC. There are no staff on site; operation is on an honour basis with details provided for access, setup, and tidying.

How to Book

Complete the Booking Form and send it to the Bollescroft Manager with the required deposit. The booked period must cover the entire time of use, including arrival, setup, event, clearing, and departure. A minimum hire period of 1 hour applies (e.g., 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after a 1-hour meeting). A scanned Booking Form can be sent by email or post. Deposit can be paid by online banking or cheque. Full contact and bank details are on the Booking Form.
