How to book
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm booking. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone (01795 536250), cheque, cash, or bank transfer. The remainder of payment is due prior to or on the day of visit. First-time bookings must pay upfront. Cancellation policy for room hire: No charge for cancellation more than 10 working days before the date. 25% charge for cancellation 10-5 working days before. For refreshments/lunch: 50% charge for cancellation less than 10 working days prior. Full rate for cancellation less than 5 working days prior. Only 50 chairs are available; requesting more may incur a small charge. If providing own catering, all rubbish must be removed offsite. Day Delegate rate available for meetings, including unlimited tea & coffee and a buffet-style lunch. Self-catering is welcome in meeting rooms. Lunch must be ordered no later than 5 working days before the meeting.
