Broxbourne Big Local (BBL) is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee, founded by the Wormley and Turnford Big Local project. Its purpose is to hold the 999-year lease for the Wormley Community Centre, secure its future, and encourage community activities. The centre is undergoing redevelopment to accommodate a wider range of social and community activities, offering flexible, affordable, well-designed space. This includes opening a café, enhancing existing bar facilities, extending the Foyer, and making additional spaces available for hire. Broxbourne Big Local oversees the continued management and financial viability of the centre.
