Bookings for facilities can be made up to 24 months in advance. Cancellation policies apply, and bookings may be charged at full cost if not cancelled in advance. For parties of 10 or more using outdoor facilities at Bude Haven Recreation Ground, it is requested to give a heads-up via email, phone, or social media. Usage outside normal opening hours may incur additional staff costs. Special Needs groups may be entitled to free use during normal opening hours, with a charitable status number required upon booking.
