How to Book
Bookings are managed using the Hallmaster system. New enquirers can initiate an enquiry and set up a provisional account, which will be confirmed by the administrator. Existing users have their own accounts. Bookings are not concrete until a confirmation message is received from the administrator. Indicative hire charges for 'one-off' events are available, but the final cost will be discussed with the hirer to suit individual requirements and may be lower or higher than published schedules. Payment is required in advance. A different charging structure applies for regular events (weekly, monthly, etc.), which is currently being updated. Hirers should contact the centre directly for details.
