North Lanarkshire Council regrets to inform patrons that this centre is not suitable for disabled persons. The main entrance does not have level access, with automatic single-width doors (90cm wide opening). However, there is level access to services inside. It has a specially adapted toilet facility and a fixed loop hearing assistance system with trained staff. Motorised scooters are welcomed in public parts of the venue.
