About
Welcome to Burnham-on-Sea Community Centre. Situated on the Berrow Road next to the Swimming Pool, with ample parking available. We support many local groups and functions and offer a variety of rooms for hire at very attractive prices. The aims of the Community Centre are many and include: Providing opportunities for education and leisure activities for people post retirement (U3A), Supporting democracy (MP surgeries etc), Providing Physical Activity opportunities (ie Reflexology), Supporting Faith (the centre is at present used as a meeting place by 6 Faith Groups), Welfare support through coffee mornings, events, carer support and active living group, Life enhancing activities helping to combat loneliness, Social Service Outreach supporting vulnerable groups within the community, Opportunities for voluntary work and community service ie Friends of the Centre, Supporting Voluntary Groups and Clubs ie The Model Railway Society and The War Games Club.
