How to Book
A deposit of £50/£100 is required, returnable if premises are left in a satisfactory state. An overtime charge of £15.00 per hour, or part of, applies if booking exceeds agreed time. Bookings with music may incur a Performing Rights Society Licence charge. No confetti is to be thrown inside the building (fine of £50). Combined room rates: two rooms combined are £1 per hour less than the Main Hall rate; all three rooms combined are the same rate as the Main Hall. Additional AV system hire fees apply: audio system £20 per event, audio/video projection £30 per event, Blu-ray player £10 per event, 2 wireless microphones £20 per event, 2 wired microphones £10 per event.
