How to Book
To inquire, complete and submit the online booking form. A quotation is provided after submitting the booking form and discussing event arrangements. A non-refundable retainer deposit of £250 is required to confirm booking. A monthly payment schedule can be agreed upon via direct debit or BACS transfer. A final checklist is forwarded 12 weeks prior to the event for confirmation of numbers, dietary requirements, and services. Guest list, seating plan, and menu should be locked in and final balance paid 8 weeks prior to the event. Specific room capacities and detailed pricing structures are provided upon direct inquiry through their booking process.
