How to Book
Bookings are made via the Hallmaster system. First-time users need to register to receive a password. Users can book the Walnut Room, Chestnut Room, or the whole hall. To book the whole hall, select either Chestnut or Walnut Room, then click the '+' in the right-hand corner of the desired date and select 'Chestnut and Walnut Rooms' on the Create Booking page. All hire costs and a deposit must be settled before collecting keys. Hirers are responsible for setting up, organizing their event, putting back tables and chairs, and leaving the hall, kitchen, and all other hired areas in good condition. Loud music must be turned off by 11 pm as the hall is in a residential area. Hirers must vacate the hall and grounds by midnight on Friday and Saturday nights. The kitchen may be accessible to all hall users; hirers should speak to the bookings secretary if this is an issue for their event. Additional set-up time must be paid for.
