How to book
To book, check 'What's On' for availability, then visit the 'Hiring a Room' page for details. Submit requirements via the 'book now' form or call the Booking Secretary. A minimum 2-week window is required from the hire date. Bookings are secured upon receipt of a booking reference, online hire agreement, and deposit. One-off hires incur an administration charge and a security deposit (up to £300 for individual event hire). Additional costs may be levied for any overrun of a session. Inflatable equipment is permitted, restricted to 15ft x 12ft high inside, or larger outside.
