How to book
Available for hire all year round (day, morning, afternoon, or evening). A provisional booking is held for a maximum of 14 days. The full hire fee is required after 14 days to confirm the booking. Confirmation is then made in writing by the Village Hall booking secretary. If a booking is cancelled by the hirer, the deposit will be non-returnable if the Hall is not relet. If the Hall is relet, the deposit will be refunded. If the Village Hall cancels a booking, liability is limited to a refund of the hire charge only. The hired period must include setting up and clearing up time. Hirer must arrange for the hall to be opened by contacting a volunteer at least 10 days before the event.
