Built in the early 1920s as a school, Chillenden Village Hall now belongs to the church and serves as a multi-purpose hall. It was renovated and restored between 2007 and 2010.

How to Book
To book, contact the Hall Coordinator or Booking Secretaries. A signed Hire Agreement and full payment are required upon booking. Cheques are payable to 'Chillenden PCC'. A £20 returnable deposit is required to cover breakages, non-return of keys, or unsatisfactory cleaning. Keys can be collected from Wendy Phillips or Steve Fennemore and should be returned to the original point of loan unless otherwise agreed. The hall, kitchen, and toilets must be left clean and tidy. Tables should be folded and stacked, and chairs stacked (maximum nine high). Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the property. No animals are allowed, other than Guide Dogs, without express written permission from the Hall Coordinator. Hirer's electrical appliances must be safe, in good working order, used safely, and have an appropriate up-to-date Test Certificate. Fire extinguishers must not be removed from wall brackets unless necessary for use. Do not block the Main Hall front door or the door to the Kitchen.
