How to Book
Halls are not available on Sundays. To enquire, complete the booking enquiry form on the website. At least 7 days' notice is required for cancellation. Pennefather Hall Trust (PHT) may, at its discretion, refund fees but is not obligated to. If PFT cancels, fees will be refunded. Booking times must be adhered to, including set up/clear away. Overruns will be charged. Activities inconsistent with the church Ethos Statement are not permitted. The church reserves the right to refuse bookings. Organizations/regular hirers must have appropriate third-party liability insurance (minimum £5 million).
